Just wanted to try something different. Suggestions are welcome, as I am by no means skilled with a covert minion company.

Starting Company:
Golodhros w/Blazon of the Eye and Open to the Summons
Hador (Tarcil is an option; you sacrifice a point of prowess and body for another Ranger)
Eradan

Other Characters:
Firiel
Surion
Tarcil (or Hador if you put Tarcil in the starting company)

The Witch-King

Allies:
Last Child of Ungoliant

Factions:
Southrons
Haradrim
Black Numeoreans
Corsairs of Umbar
Variags of Khand
Nuriags

Items:
Scroll of Isilidur
Palantir of Minas Tirith
Sable Shield
High Helm
2 x Broad-Headed Spear
Black-Mail Coat
3 x Secret Book

Other Resources:
3 x Not Slay Needlessly
2 x Swift Strokes
3 x Voices of Malice
No News of Our Riding
2 x Ruse
Piercing All Shadows
Sojourn in Shadows

Play Notes:
Thanks to Zarathustra for the Witch King using Sojourn in Shadows to play Last Child of Ungoliant.

Secret Book lets you untap Border-Holds and Free-Holds. This is vital to getting some extra MPs. It is theoretically possible to get all six of those factions out. Even if not, Gobel Mirlond can let you get a faction and an item out in the same turn. Play whatever, play the Secret Book as minor item, discard it, and play something else. There’s no shortage of Border-Holds and Free-Holds to visit, especially with Firiel and Surion being able to cancel the attacks. With the High Helm, Golodhros can bring any of the Dunedain into play under direct influence. Give the Blazon to Firiel when you get her; your opponent won’t know who to tap.

Sometimes you’ll be visiting Palargir just to play a character. Let your opponent blow his auto-attack enhancers that way.

Surion can cancel the attack at Minas Tirith. Both Surion and Firiel can cancel the attack at Pelargir. Golodhros + the Helm can have Hador or Firiel as a Follower, Surion can have Eradan as a follower.

If you’re playing against a wizard, don’t go Doors of Night happy until you know whether he’s also playing a Dunedain deck. If he is, his enhancers will also likely help you.

On the negative side, one good Durin’s Folk and some bad luck with the dice can slaughter half the company. Watch out for Harandor + Ithilien (double wilderness); it’s often safer to avoid Ithilien and visit Minas Tirith (how’s that for weird). Getting your ally points requires some specific cards, but your Witch-King wasn’t doing much anyway except sit around.
